Methodology — Documenting, Not Rating

Last updated: 2026-09-17 · Last full index run: 2026-09-17

We document IPTV services rather than rate them. That distinction is the whole methodology: we publish what a provider states, what we could cross-check against 97 other storefronts, and what remains unverified — and we do not invent a score to fill the gap.

Why there are no quality scores on this site

A streaming-quality score means nothing unless someone measured streams. We have not. Rather than publish a 4.2/5 that reflects nothing but a writer's impression of a sales page, every provider's overall score stays blank, and only the facts that are genuinely printed — price, published tier structure — carry any rating at all.

This costs us something. Pages with scores get clicked more. We would rather have pages that are true.

What we actually do, step by step

The process behind every provider page:

  1. Fetch. Each provider's homepage is retrieved directly with a standard desktop browser user-agent, following redirects. Last full run: 2026-09-17.
  2. Strip. Scripts, styles and markup are removed, leaving the text a reader would see.
  3. Extract. We pull published price points, channel and library claims, named player apps, payment processors, support channels, refund wording and uptime claims.
  4. Cross-reference. Every extracted value is compared against all 97 storefronts in the index. This is where the useful findings come from — a claim is only meaningful relative to what everyone else claims.
  5. Fingerprint. We record which of five distinctive marketing phrases each site reproduces, its domain-naming family, the subdomain it is served from, and which other brands share its exact price ladder.
  6. Publish with labels. Anything unverified is labelled unverified, on the page, in plain words.

The aggregate results of that process are published in full in our storefront template report, including the counts behind every claim we make.

Two states, honestly labelled

LabelWhat it means
Documented ProfileBuilt from the operator's own published pages and cross-referenced against the index. No streams tested, no support contacted. This is the state of nearly every page on this site.
Domain OfflineThe domain no longer resolves. We keep the page up because a brand vanishing is information. Currently: HyperSonic TV, DigitaLizard IPTV, Static IPTV, Yeah IPTV Store.

A third state — hands-on tested, with real measurements — is reserved for when we actually test. We will not apply it retroactively to pages built from marketing copy.

Why so many provider names look alike

Because they are alike. 73 of the 97 sites we track publish identical invented feature names, 67 publish an identical price ladder to the cent, and 22 domains share a single naming construction. We track near-identical brands separately rather than merging them, because a buyer searching one brand name deserves to find out what it has in common with the rest.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links earn us a commission. That never changes a label, a score or a finding, and no provider has ever been given the opportunity to review a page before publication. Full terms are on our disclosure page.

Corrections

These pages describe sites that change without notice, and our data carries a timestamp for that reason. If something here is wrong — particularly if you are a provider whose pricing or policy we have recorded incorrectly — we will correct it and note the date. We will not remove an accurate finding because it is unflattering.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you actually test the IPTV services you review?

No, and every page says so plainly. We document what providers publish and cross-reference it against 97 other storefronts. Overall quality scores stay blank rather than being invented from marketing copy.

Why don't your reviews have scores out of 10?

Because a quality score implies measurement. We have not measured streams, so publishing a number would be fabrication. Only genuinely published facts, like price structure, carry any rating.

How often is the data updated?

The full index was last re-fetched on 2026-09-17. Each provider page carries its own last-checked date, and pricing on these sites changes without notice.

Do affiliate links affect your findings?

No. Commission never changes a label or a finding, and no provider sees a page before publication. Our disclosure page sets out the full terms.

How do you decide which providers to track?

We track the storefronts that surface in this market, including ones we would not recommend and four whose domains have since stopped resolving entirely.
