Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no logins, no comment system and no newsletter, so there is very little to say here — but what there is, we would rather say plainly than bury.
What we collect: nothing directly
We do not operate a database, ask for your email address, or run a login system. There is no form on this site that submits data to us. We do not set advertising cookies of our own, and we do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we do not hold any.
What happens automatically
- Hosting logs. This site is served by GitHub Pages, which like any web host may log request data such as IP address and user-agent for operational and security purposes. That processing is GitHub's, under GitHub's own privacy statement, and we have no access to those logs.
- Web fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to a Google server that can see your IP address. If you prefer to avoid this, a content blocker will stop it and the site will fall back to system fonts.
- Local storage. A small preference or two may be stored in your own browser to remember things like a table sort order. This never leaves your device and is cleared with your browsing data.
Outbound and affiliate links
Links to provider websites are ordinary links; following one hands you off to a third party whose privacy practices are their own and are frequently less careful than we would like. Some are affiliate links, which may set a cookie on the destination site to attribute a referral. That cookie is set by the provider or their affiliate network, not by us, and we receive no personal information from it — only aggregate notice that a referral occurred. See our disclosure.
Your rights
Rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar regimes attach to personal data a site holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to export, correct or erase. For the request logs described above, those rights would be exercised against the host. For affiliate cookies, against the provider that set them.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we knowingly collect no information from anyone, of any age.
Terms of use
Content here is published for information only and comes with no warranty. The services documented change pricing, ownership and availability without notice — several have disappeared entirely during our tracking. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or purchasing advice, and decisions you make about subscribing to any service are your own. We may update pages at any time; each carries its own last-checked date.
Changes to this policy
If this site ever begins collecting data — adding analytics, a newsletter or any form — this page will be updated to say so before that happens, not after.

Does BestProviders collect my personal data?
