- Check the channels you actually care about, not the first ten in the list.
- Test at your real peak hour. Capacity is shared; a noon test proves nothing about Sunday evening.

- Try a second device. If the fault follows the device it is yours; if it follows the credentials it is theirs. That distinction is what makes a refund claim stick.
